1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tenet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Tenet is operated by Kavin Sood. The Service is provided at tenetstack.com.
2. Description of Service
Tenet is a workspace tool designed to help founders solve problems and receive startup advice. The Service provides AI-powered chat functionality, project organization, and related tools. The Service uses AI models from third-party providers (including Google and Perplexity) to generate responses.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Usage Limits
The Service is subject to usage limits, including daily message limits for authenticated and unauthenticated users. These limits may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant Tenet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
6.2 Our Content
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by Tenet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tenet, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tenet operates.
11. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
